These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bjbaj governing your use of the bjbaj platform. 2.1 Age Requirement. Any Account opened by a person under 21 will be permanently closed upon discovery, all associated funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether accessing and using the bjbaj platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. bjbaj does not make any representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in all locations. 2.3 Single Account Policy. Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) bjbaj Account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — using any combination of identifiers including different mobile numbers, email addresses, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. bjbaj reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to retain any balance therein.
2.4 Registration Accuracy. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund.
2.5 Ineligible Persons. The following categories of individuals are prohibited from holding a bjbaj Account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) current employees, contractors, and consultants of bjbaj or its affiliated entities and their immediate family members; (c) persons who have been permanently self-excluded from the bjbaj platform; (d) persons identified as having a gambling-related disorder and registered with bjbaj's responsible gaming programme.
bjbaj may request identity verification documents at any time during or after registration. Players should retain copies of their CNIC and proof of payment method ownership to facilitate this process without delay to withdrawals.
3.1 Credentials Responsibility. The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bjbaj Account login credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. bjbaj will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the Player's failure to safeguard their credentials.
3.2 Non-Transferability. bjbaj Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Players must not share their Account login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access or operate their Account, or accept funds from third parties for the purpose of depositing into their Account.
3.3 Unauthorised Access. If a Player suspects that their Account has been accessed without authorisation, they must contact bjbaj support via live chat immediately and change their password without delay. bjbaj is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to report the incident promptly or where the Player's own negligence facilitated the breach.
3.4 Communication Security. bjbaj will never request a Player's password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from bjbaj and requesting login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bjbaj support immediately.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bjbaj accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and authorised cash deposit channels. 5.5 KYC Holds. bjbaj may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC verification. Players who complete KYC proactively at registration avoid such holds. bjbaj is not liable for any loss arising from delays caused by a Player's failure to provide requested verification documentation.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available through the bjbaj platform are subject to these General Terms and any specific Promotion Terms published alongside each offer. In the event of conflict between these General Terms and specific Promotion Terms, the specific Promotion Terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must complete the applicable Wagering Requirement before the Player may withdraw any winnings generated from Bonus Funds. Wagering Requirements are specified per promotion and are displayed in the Player's Bonus Centre. bjbaj reserves the right to void bonus winnings where Wagering Requirements have not been met at the time of a withdrawal request.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. bjbaj reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings, and permanently close any Account where the Platform reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: (a) creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; (b) placing opposing bets to exploit bonus terms; (c) using bonus funds on games explicitly excluded from the relevant promotion.
6.4 Promotion Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed before the expiry date will be automatically cancelled. bjbaj will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

7.2 Void Bets. bjbaj reserves the right to declare any bet void where: (a) it was placed based on erroneous odds, prices, or information resulting from a technical error; (b) the underlying event was cancelled or significantly altered; (c) evidence of match manipulation, spot-fixing, or corruption is identified; or (d) the bet would otherwise breach these Terms. Void bets result in a return of the original stake only.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. 7.4 Live Betting. During in-play or live betting, bjbaj may suspend markets at any time without notice. Bets placed during periods where markets are shown as suspended will be rejected. bjbaj accepts no liability for the inability to place in-play bets due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.
7.5 Palpable Errors. bjbaj reserves the right to correct palpable errors in odds, results, or payouts at any time, including after bets have been settled. Where a palpable error has resulted in an incorrect overpayment, bjbaj may deduct the overpaid amount from the Player's Account balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bjbaj platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action and reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. bjbaj is committed to responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. Online gaming is intended to be an entertaining activity. If gaming ceases to be entertainment and begins to cause financial, emotional, or social harm, Players are encouraged to use the tools described in this section and to seek professional support.

10.1 bjbaj's Right to Suspend. bjbaj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bjbaj has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has violated these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for prohibited conduct; (c) security or fraud concerns require immediate action; or (d) regulatory or legal obligations require it.
10.2 Funds on Suspension. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be placed on hold and will not be accessible for withdrawal or wagering during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the hold will be released. If not, bjbaj may forfeit part or all of the balance in accordance with these Terms.
10.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request voluntary closure of their bjbaj Account at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
10.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. bjbaj will notify the Player via registered email before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will not reduce the Account balance below zero.
11.1 Ownership. 11.2 Prohibited Use. Players must not: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any bjbaj Platform content; (b) use the bjbaj brand, logo, or trademarks without written authorisation; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the bjbaj Platform software; or (d) screen-scrape or data-mine any part of the Platform without explicit written permission from bjbaj.
12.1 Platform Availability. bjbaj aims to provide continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party outages, or telecommunications failures may temporarily affect Platform accessibility. bjbaj is not liable for any loss of betting opportunity or financial loss resulting from Platform unavailability.
12.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjbaj shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.3 Maximum Liability. bjbaj's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their bjbaj Account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party software suppliers is delivered to bjbaj under licence. bjbaj is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of third-party game content beyond ensuring that all hosted games carry valid independent certifications at the time of publication.
13.1 Internal Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Player and bjbaj, the Player must first contact bjbaj's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. bjbaj will acknowledge the dispute within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

14.1 Right to Amend. bjbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via registered email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance, in which case changes take effect immediately upon publication.
14.2 Acceptance of Amended Terms. Continued use of the bjbaj Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure with return of any withdrawable real-money balance.
